To give you the highest quality at more-than reasonable prices, we have partnered with some of the most talented craftsmen and artisans from all over the world including Singapore and Dubai.  Regular consumers do not have access to our global partners so we want to pass the significant savings to you. 

Shipping Times

Because we want to give you as much value as possible, some of our products are shipped directly from our global partners and your item may take 4 to 8 weeks to arrive.  Due to factors out of our control such as customs inspections, your item(s) can take up to 8 weeks to arrive, but most of our customers receive their items well before that timeframe. Some of our items are shipped much faster and we indicate this on the product page of the item(s) you purchased from us.
Processing of orders will be within 2-3 business days.

Tracking Numbers

Our global partners do not provide tracking numbers to us, but your purchase is backed by our 100% satisfaction guarantee.  Please let us know if you do not receive your item(s) from us within the time-frame mentioned and we will take prompt care of you.

    • We ship from different sweat-free factories all around the world. So, please expect your items to be shipped separately if you order more than one item.
    • DO YOU ACCEPT ORDERS PLACED OVERSEAS?
      We sure do! We proudly ship worldwide to 239 countries!                                                
    • HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO RECEIVE MY ORDER?
      • If you plan to give one of our items as a holiday gift, we do not recommend buying the items during the month when the holiday is happening. There is a risk of the item not arriving there on time. We are not held responsible for items that do not arrive before specified dates.

    • IT'S BEEN OVER 8+ WEEKS AND I HAVE NOT RECEIVED MY ORDER, WHAT CAN I DO?
      • Please contact us and our helpful support staff will promptly take care whether it's a refund or a replacement.
    • I HAVE RECEIVED ONLY PART OF MY SHIPMENT, WHERE ARE THE OTHER ITEMS?
      • We ship from different parts of the world so some items might arrive earlier than others. If you'd like to know the status of your other items, please email us with your name and order number.
    • WHY HAVE I NOT RECEIVED ANY ORDER CONFIRMATION DETAILS?
      • Most times this is because our customers have accidentally entered their email in wrong. Throughout the process we send 3-4 emails, including an order conformation, a fulfillment notice, and a shipping notice. If you believe you may have entered your email wrong please contact us and we will fix it for you.
      • FREE JUST PAY SHIPPING ITEMS. WHAT IS THE RETURN POLICY?
        • For Free (Just Pay Shipping) items, since the customer is paying for the shipping costs and not the cost of the item, there will not be a full refund. But since Customer Satisfaction is important to us, we offer store credit once the items(s) have been returned to us. Please contact us for Return Address.
      • WHAT IS YOUR STORE'S RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY?

      • I ENTERED MY ADDRESS WRONG! CAN YOU PLEASE CHANGE IT?
        • Yes! If you contact us within 24 hours we can change your order once you provide us the correct address. Otherwise we do not accept responsibility for wrong addresses. Please enter your address carefully at checkout.

      • I ACCIDENTALLY REQUESTED MY ORDER TO BE SHIPPED TO WRONG ADDRESS:
                          Please note, for orders shipped to the wrong address due to an inputting                             error when the order was placed and for missed parcels, the customer must cover the cost of ordering replacement items so please be very careful when entering the shipping address. 
                         
                          We are also not responsible for failed deliveries due to the addressee not                           being home during the time of delivery.

      Since Mandala Tank Tops are custom made to order for you, we aren’t responsible for refunds or exchanges due to incorrect fit issues. Buyers assume all risks when choosing the style and fit of their purchase. To better help you in choosing the right size, we have included a sizing chart to assist you with your purchase. You can access the applicable Sizing Chart on the product page of the item you're interested in purchasing.

      IMPORTANT: We are not responsible if a package is undeliverable because of missing, incomplete, or incorrect destination information. We do our best to avoid errors by verifying the shipping information with every customer in the order confirmation sent immediately after purchase. Costs to reship the package will be invoiced to the customer

      ZenUp is not responsible for destination country tax and/or duty charge that may incur. Customers will be held accountable for any restrictions, duties, taxes, and any other fees collected from the destination country, prior to ordering. ZenUp will not be responsible for any Duties, Taxes, or Customs fees under any circumstances.

      If the order arrives at your country and...

      • The customer refuses to accept the package
      • No attempt is made in the country of destination to deliver the package. 

      ZenUp reserves the right to abandon the package(s) and will not be responsible for any refund.
