  • Shipping Fee: Free Shipping on all orders (or applicable rate based on your store setup)

  • Estimated Delivery Time: 7–14 business days

Please note: Delivery times are estimates and are not fully guaranteed. Occasional delays may occur due to carrier peak seasons, customs processing, or severe weather conditions.

3. Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipment confirmation email containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will allow you to monitor the status of your delivery in real-time. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to update on the carrier's system.

4. Incorrect Addresses & Missing Deliveries

Please ensure your shipping address is accurate and complete at checkout. Zenup Store is not responsible for orders that are undeliverable due to incorrect address information provided by the customer.

If your tracking information states that your package was delivered but you have not received it, please check with your local post office or contact our customer support team within 7 days of the stated delivery date.

5. Damaged Items

If you receive your order damaged or broken during transit, please save all packaging materials and damaged goods, and contact us immediately at support@zenupstore.com with photos of the issue so we can assist you with a replacement or refund.
